About Me
I'm Terri Levinson, a registered dietitian with a compassionate, energetic, and authentic approach. I’m passionate about helping individuals find peace with food, whether through eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, or fueling for strength, healing, and performance. I work with teens, families, and adults, creating a safe space for growth, connection, and lasting change.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness, kindness, and the belief that each person’s journey is unique. I value the meaningful relationships I build with clients and guide them away from diet culture toward a sustainable, nourishing way of eating that supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia (U.S.) and completed my dietetic internship at Georgia State University. I began my career at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta before moving to Toronto, Canada, where I helped develop the Eating Disorder Program at North York General Hospital. After returning to the U.S., I worked at Walden Behavioral Care before founding TLC Nutrition Consulting in 2018.
