SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak launch periods). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Australia

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200 AUD

• Standard Shipping — $10 AUD (3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping — $15 AUD (1–3 business days)

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order exceeds $200 AUD (after discounts and before shipping).

Delivery time frames are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Wear What You Feel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside of our control

International

• International Flat Rate Shipping — $100 AUD

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier. However, Wear What You Feel is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once handed to the shipping provider.

We recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct and using secure delivery locations.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags are attached
• The item is not marked as final sale

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email letschat@wearwhatyoufeel.com.au to advise you would like to start a return. A fee of $10 will be charged to generate a return label through Australia Post. Please follow the instructions to pack and return the items.

Sale items are final sale unless faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email letschat@wearwhatyoufeel.com.au to advise you would like to start an exchange. A fee of $10 will be charged to generate a return label through Australia Post and a fee of $10 will be charged to send out a new item.Please follow the instructions to pack and return the items.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refund returns , unless faulty will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email letschat@wearwhatyoufeel.com.au to advise you would like to start a refund. A fee of $10 will be charged to generate a return label through Australia post.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we are unable to process refunds to alternative cards, accounts, or payment methods.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

• Has a major fault
• Is significantly different from its description
• Is not fit for purpose

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Claims made outside of this time frame may not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

We will assess and respond promptly.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
