About Me

Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am so glad you are here! I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified health coach, and the Founder of Kaplan Psychotherapy LCSW, PLLC.

I attended The George Washington University, where I received a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Psychology. While attending university, I became passionate about advocating for children’s rights and working with children in therapy, which inspired me to pursue my master’s degree.

Post graduate school, I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice, supporting clients through a wide variety of mental health challenges.
